The system conducts the first interview in a video format with an AI avatar. The results are automatically analyzed using NLP models, evaluating content, logic, language structures, confidence, speech rate, and facial expressions (in case of video). This allows us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate without human intervention.
