• The company constantly had 4–6 vacancies open. The HR department manually reviewed resumes, contacted candidates, organized interviews, and managed the onboarding process. Due to business growth:

Implementation
- • Interviews with HR and Technical Director (2 days)
- • Configuring the GPT model based on company vacancy examples
- • Development of chatbot scenarios and email templates
- • Installation of a dashboard for tracking candidate statuses
Results
- • Time to fill a vacancy decreased from 21 to 12 days
- • 80% of communication with candidates is automated
